Home Remodeling Services Designed Around Your Home
No two homes and no two homeowners, are exactly alike.
That’s why we don’t believe remodeling should be one size fits all.
Our team works with homeowners to understand the existing property, desired design, functionality, budget, and long-term goals before construction begins.
Bathroom Remodeling
From small bathrooms to custom primary suites, we create bathrooms that combine functionality, durability, thoughtful design, and quality craftsmanship.
Our bathroom projects may include custom tile, showers, tubs, vanities, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, storage solutions, and complete layout transformations.
Kitchen Remodeling
The kitchen is one of the most important spaces in your home.
River City Construction helps homeowners transform outdated kitchens into functional spaces designed for cooking, entertaining, gathering, and everyday life.
Projects can include cabinetry, countertops, islands, flooring, lighting, electrical, plumbing, finish carpentry, and complete kitchen renovations.
Basement Remodeling
An unfinished or outdated basement can become some of the most valuable living space in your home.
We help homeowners transform basements into family rooms, offices, entertainment areas, guest spaces, bathrooms, and other finished living areas while addressing the construction details that matter below grade.
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)
ADUs can create additional living space for family, guests, aging parents, or other long-term housing needs.
River City Construction helps Massachusetts homeowners navigate the construction side of ADU projects, including planning, design coordination, permitting considerations, structural work, mechanical systems, insulation, energy-efficiency requirements, and construction.
Watch Our Story: More Than a Construction Company
Every company has a story. Ours is built around family, opportunity, craftsmanship, and the belief that hard work can transform lives just as construction can transform homes.
Watch our story to meet the people behind River City Construction and understand why we approach remodeling differently.
Meet Edwin Marroquin | Craftsmanship in the Field
Great remodeling requires more than good ideas. It requires people who understand how to build them.
Edwin brings years of hands-on carpentry and construction experience to River City Construction, with an emphasis on precision, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Beginning his career in carpentry after high school, Edwin developed his skills working alongside experienced tradespeople and learning how quality construction comes together from the framing to the final finish.
That experience helps our team evaluate the details of each project and find practical solutions when working with the unique conditions often found in Massachusetts homes.
For Edwin and our field team, craftsmanship isn’t simply about making something look good when the project is finished.
It’s about building it correctly from the beginning.
Meet Kevin Cordova, Founder of River City Construction
“I’ve always believed that dreams can come to life through work ethic, discipline, and honesty.”
River City Construction is deeply connected to my family’s story.
My family came to the United States from Honduras with a dream of creating a better future. Growing up, I repeatedly heard principles that continue to shape the way I approach business today: work hard, work honestly, continue developing yourself, and value the people who help you along the way.
Those principles eventually became part of the foundation of River City Construction.
To me, construction represents transformation.
You can look at an existing home and see what it is today—or you can study it, create a plan, and envision what it could become.
That’s what we get to do every day for our clients.
River City Construction isn’t simply about building bathrooms, kitchens, basements, or additions. We’re building a company that homeowners can trust, employees can be proud to represent, and our community can rely on for years to come.
